In-depth interview: Where do you stand? Where do you want to go? 
Regardless of whether we approached you or you approached us, the next step is for us to get to know each other better. We take a look at your career plans and qualifications together. Usually, we already have a potentially suitable vacancy in mind for you at this point. The interviews generally take place via telephone or video calls.

Recommendation: Establishing contact and interview

We get in touch with the contact person in the respective company and give them our recommendation. We’re extremely discreet in this process, as many of our candidates are in a permanent employment relationship, which we obviously don’t want to jeopardise.

Thanks to many years of cooperation, our clients trust our assessment, which often leads to a personal interview. The selection process naturally varies from company to company and from position to position. The hierarchical level often plays a role as well. An interview is almost always enough for a decision, but sometimes assessment centres are also used.
