Contacting us: Professional advice right from the start
In the first step, we discuss your job and requirements profile in detail. If you’re just starting with us, you explain your requirements to us so that we understand exactly which qualifications and characteristics your new employee needs. Or maybe we’re already support you with this, in which case we develop the requirements profile together with you.

Candidate search: target company list and hidden candidate market
Our employees contact candidates who potentially match your requirement profile as soon as possible. Often, they’re not available through regular job advertisements, but rather on the hidden applicant market. This is especially true for the real top performers, who are rarely actively looking for a job. We develop a target company list corresponding to the vacancy to track down suitable candidates who are already with another company in your sector.

We use specialised tools and long-established processes at all stages to deliver results quickly and reliably.

Pre-qualification: Detailed interviews with applicants
Once we’ve made contact with promising candidates who are willing to change jobs, we analyse their potential, strengths and weaknesses in personal interviews.
